Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was a favorite of royalty for a long time. Even its name bears a dash of royalty, as you’ve probably noticed. But, to be worthy of this adorable lap dog, you do not need to be royalty yourself because they can adapt to any living situation. This little canine does not grow over 18 lbs, and it takes no great effort to take care of them. A bath once a week and a brush are all it takes to maintain its healthy soft fur.
Cocker Spaniel
On our list, another Spaniel has made it! We are introducing the Cocker Spaniel with a great temperament and a lovable personality for seniors in particular. In an apartment, this breed fits well. While they may need some regular brushing, you wouldn’t mind if it’s all about keeping the Cocker Spaniel’s soft coat that you’ll love to pet.
