In 1969, Niagara Falls didn’t have water for a period of six months. Actually, only the American Falls had no water. The engineers worked on stabilizing the waterfalls for future generations. Despite there being a real danger of landslide, it didn’t happen. Experts had introduced landline sensors to alert the people if the ground started moving. Thankfully, they knew what they were doing. No mistakes were made as bolts, cables, and anchors were built into the cliffs of the Falls.
