West Side Story
The 1957 musical phenomenon is being remade by 20th Century Fox. Directed by Steven Spielberg, the film will hit theatres next December 2020. West Side Story follows a story like Romeo and Juliet amid the 1950’s gang culture set in New York. The film will feature some up and coming actors as well as award-winning actresses such as Arianna DeBose. Spielberg plans to stay true to the soundtrack of Leonard Bernstein and maybe even include some iconic dance performances.
