We’ve all heard the expression ‘it doesn’t cost a dime to smile’. In this case, the cost for this particular smile would be $30 million. No, we’re not making this up. Julia Roberts took out an insurance policy on her famous smile to be sure that if something were to happen to it, like a chipped tooth, she would be covered. In addition, the insurance covers more serious conditions as well, like lip cancer.

David Beckham, Legs – $70 million
Seeing as David Beckham is a famous soccer player, and a successful model, it is pretty logical that he has insurance on his legs in case of injury. What doesn’t make sense, however, is the sky-high price. His legs cost $70 million! We seriously feel bad if anyone accidentally hurts his legs in any way because that will cost them so much.
