When she walked into the kitchen, the first thing she did was whip out her phone and dial her father’s phone number. She reasoned that he couldn’t be far away when she heard a buzz coming from his jacket because he was only wearing pants and a T-shirt at the time. As a result, she imagined he was nearby. As a result, she concluded that he was most likely not too far away.
